Our Team
Muhammad Hasif Bin Ghazali
Director
Hasif graduated with LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). He commenced his career with Petra Energy Berhad, exposing him to oil and gas industry. He then joined Masleena, Yee & Partners (“Firm”) after having completed his chambering under the practice of Messrs Shahrizat Rashid & Lee.
With more than 8 years of experiences specialising in corporate matters, he currently helms the Firm’s Corporate Department and has been involved in a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial advisory services which includes matters related to merger and acquisition exercise of private and public companies, corporate restructuring, and privatisation exercise. Halso is experience also includes participating in various legal and commercial discussions, representing government-linked companies.
He also handles industrial relations matters by providing advisory services to clients including preparation of relevant legal documents pertaining to industrial relations matters and representing clients in Industrial Court of Malaysia.
In addition to corporate and industrial relations matter, Hasif is also an expert in matters relating to trademark’s application as well as handling contested trademark applications.
Siti Nurzafirah Binti Mohd Padzil
Director
Zafirah graduated with LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Shah Alam in 2010 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of High Court Malaya in 2012.
She holds Master in Law (majoring in Corporate Law and Islamic Banking) and Post Graduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice graduate (DSLP) from the same institution. Siti Nurzafirah is also a Syarie Lawyer of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
She joined Masleena, Yee & Partners in 2013 where her portfolio includes general and corporate litigation matters, corporate matters and also real estate matters where she provides advise to Client on the sale and purchase of property transactions, as well as preparing and drafting securities and facility agreements (islamic and conventional).
She also handles Shariah related matters including family and matrimonial issues, providing advice on Islamic estate and trust issues such as Hibah and Will.
Fathin Nadia Binti Muhammad Fauzi
Company Secretary
Fathin Nadia joined MYP Corporate Advisory Sdn Bhd in 2021 as Company Secretary and is mainly responsible for, amongst others, acting as Company Secretary for private and public companies, registration of new companies, filing of statutory forms, returns and notifications at the Companies Commission of Malaysia, including allotment of ordinary and preference shares as well as managing the companies’ register books and records.
With her previous experiences in the legal field as corporate lawyer at Messrs. Hisham, Sobri & Kadir where she mainly attended to corporate and commercial matters, she is capable to provide advice and way forward to clients in corporate secretarial matters and issues.
Nor Safinas Abu Bakar

Nor Safinas Abu Bakar is a professional company secretary and tax agent with over 22 years of experience in the development of micro, small and medium-sized businesses. She specializes in company secretarial matters, financial management, accounting systems and solutions, tax compliance, SST, and overall business management. She is also actively involved in training and development for entrepreneurs with government agencies in Malaysia such as INSKEN, CEDAR and PUNB, as a skilled business coach and trainer. Her goal is to empower entrepreneurs and help them achieve success in their respective fields.
